I went and helped a buddy that isn't a mechanical guy switch his gas water heater to an electric one. This was in his rental property he bought a couple years ago. The guy that owned the house before was an all around handy man, machinist, wood worker, small engines, everything. My buddy was emptying out the basement of all the shit he left with the house sale and I was fist to pick. Yippee He also said when he sets up for the yard sale I get to look again in case I missed anything.
