Motorcycle Toys

So I was looking for at motorcycle toys online. Those that know me know I have a thing for diecast vehicles. I was looking for pics of older ones like this.

And anyone my age remembers having at least one of these.

But then I found this under my search made with one of those electric kids Vespas and thought man that is really friggin' cool.

But I think it would be even cooler with one of these.

Mom's New Old Kitchen Set

My Mom always wanted a 50's laminate top set like what she remembered as a child. This weekend I found one at a yard sale with 6 chairs and for the huge sum of $35. I figured if it wasn't exactly what she wanted I would resell them for about $200. So a win win situation. Well she loves them so I am waiting for my little brother to get over here and pick them up in his truck.

It Has To Match

My wife is into archery and goes to shoots all the time. She has a stabilizer on her bow that we made from a kit and some arrow shafts. The total was $45 for everything and incase  you don't know a stabilizer from the archery store goes about $300. Her bow is a Martin with a leopard pattern on it. We found a duct tape at Wally World that had the same pattern but was very light brown. I took advantage of my furniture touch up skills and tone browned it with some red mahogany Mohawk lacquer spray I had in the garage. I think it came out pretty darn close if I do say so myself and she liked it too.
