I was given a 78 xs400 this past summer, started tinkering with it, but ran out of time/funds, so it's becoming a winter project. the work you've done on that 400 has given me a a good bit of inspiration. keep it up, hopefully I'll have a nice little 400xs bobber next summer!
Very cool. They are great little bikes and a lot of fun. Hope you find the time you need to do it. If you do it up cafe or brat style as mine was the first time before the hardtail it doesn't cost anything as long as your handy.
