Inspiration

I need some, I need to get the below shit done so I can get back to CHOPPIN'.

To Do List

OK I have to buy my metal roof on Saturday and have it on the shed by Sunday with the rest of the siding done and door knob able to lock! This is the goal for the weekend. I need to be able to complete it so I can move the stuff out of the garage and start work on my wife's new car for inspection next month. I did finally get out to the garage and work on the CB750 for my wife. The frame is all tacked together and looks good. I will post pics tomorrow morning as they are still on the camera at home.

Celtics Game Last Night

I won some tix from a local radio station to see the 1st preseason game against the 76ers last night at the Verizon Arena in Manchester NH. The Celtics mopped the floor with them. And it was the debut of Shaq in the green and white. I don't care if you like him or not, he will help the Celts fill a huge hole they had down low.

New Old Car For The Wife

So I have been looking for a gas saver for my wife to drive so the gas gulping Durango with the 5.9 can sit. I found this '91 Honda Accord right up the road on Craigslist. The engine sounds great, very clean exterior, minor rust over the drivers side rear wheel well and reattach the exhaust. It broke right after the catalytic converter so I will get to do some welding. The best part I only paid $425 for it.

It's The Weekend

Kinda Looks Like Me

Right now, sitting in my office chair doing nothing, only I don't wear a tie.

My Buddies Mitsubishi Montero

So anyway I still haven't been able to finish the shed or work on my wife's chop at all. Mostly because of the heart operation and not being able to lift over 20lbs. But I did get to hang out at my friend Steve's the past two nights working on his Montero. He went to the store and when he came out smelled gas. After looking under he saw his lines off the top of the fuel tank were pissing gas out. Well Steve, myself and Mike dropped the tank, cut back the rotted out steel and went with longer hose. Hooked it up and it was leaking right were it met the tank too. Pulled it out again and called it a night. Last night we took the fuel pump out and cut off the rusted line at top of the pump then drilled the hole out a little smaller than the fuel hose, squeezed it in and clamped it to the metal line that will be inside the tank. Hooked it up and no leaks WOOHOO. Put the tank back in and the truck is running again. And oh yeah the reason we did this instead of a new pump, cost to do what we did $27, cost of a new pump $487?!?!?!?! WTF Here is a stock pic of the offending SUV.
